Six Word Memoir

"Everybody has a story, and it’s time to share yours. Inspired by the creative minds at SMITH Magazine, home of the Six-Word Memoir® project, we'd like you to tell us about who you are and the life you’ve lived in six well-chosen words. Send us your story by Nov. 11, and it could be featured in an upcoming issue of O or on Oprah.com.

Think you can’t condense a lifetime of experiences into a sentence or two? Consider the mini-memoirs created by our own Suze Orman (Broke waitress. Gives tips. Is approved.) and Dr. Oz (Healed with steel, then got real).

Let me just say that I LOVE THIS!  What a neat idea....and difficult.

It took me awhile...I am wordy. :)

Mine..."Loved. Damaged. Then Deeply Loved Again."

Yep...that just about sums up my memoir.  Then I started thinking....what if you did this for your life by decade...by category like friendship, professional, family, etc.  What six words would sum up those areas of your life?

Professionally:  "Driven.  Passionate.  Persistent.  100,000 Feet Thinker."

Spiritually:  "Sinner in need of a Savior."

Family:  "Love.  Broken.  Finally found unconditional love."

Wild, huh??  I challenge you to do this...it is harder than it looks.  Trust me...you will be glad to have done the exercise. :)
